All prospective clients are required to complete our new client request form below.  Once submitted, allow 24-48 hours for us to respond via email with available time slots. After selecting your preferred time, we will send an invoice for your first appointment.

Please note that all new and returning clients are required to pay 50% of their appointment to secure the reservation. If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours, your appointment request will be canceled, and no booking will be confirmed.
